On November 14, 2022, Impact 100, an initiative of the Greater New Orleans Foundation, announced that its $100,000 transformative grant was awarded this year to TrainingGrounds, Inc. Now in its tenth year, Impact 100, our women’s giving circle, is a group of over one hundred local women who committed to giving $1,100 for the purpose of making a single transformative grant to a local nonprofit. Recipient nonprofits will use the grant to deepen their impact and grow their network of supporters. Since its inaugural year ten years ago, Impact 100 has granted out more than $1 million to nonprofits across our region.

The Greater New Orleans Foundation is thrilled to celebrate the 10th year of Impact 100, beginning with our Kickoff Event held on October 19, 2022.

Across southeastern Louisiana – through our cities and towns and parishes – are passionate leaders ready to elevate their skills, perspectives, and networks to become the region’s next executive and senior leaders. Emerging Leaders provides an opportunity to level up in leadership.

The Greater New Orleans Foundation was proud to host a two-day When Waters Rise convening June 23 & 24. Community foundations and place-based funders from across the nation gathered to discuss formalizing a network for equitable disaster grantmaking.
